Senior Information and Assistance

Senior Information and Assistance is a statewide program that provides information and referral services over the phone and in the office. Information specialists link the caller/visitor to organizations that provide service to older persons, send printed material about services and/or assist in completing applications for benefits and services.

Each county and Baltimore City operates a Senior Information and Assistance Office. Below are phone numbers for the offices in Maryland. Offices are usually open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
